Step 1: Wash scalp and hair
In Step 1 — cleansing scalp and hair — choose the AloEx Shampoo that matches your scalp and hair type for the most effective hair-fall results. Three anti-hair-fall formulas are available:

How to use:
- Rinse dirt and sweat from scalp and hair with clean, room-temperature water
- Pump 1–2 doses of shampoo into your palm and lather with your hands or a foaming net — don't rub directly on the scalp with your fingers to make foam, because wet hair is at its weakest and rubbing this way causes more shedding and breakage.
- Distribute the foam across scalp and hair, using fingertips to massage the scalp gently for cleansing and circulation. Avoid using fingernails to protect the scalp from injury.
- Rinse off the foam with clean, room-temperature water — you can lather a second time using less shampoo.

How to use:
- Gently squeeze water from hair until it's slightly damp
- Squeeze out about two 10-baht coins' worth of treatment (or as much as your hair needs) and spread it through scalp and hair. Use from root to tip — it won't add oiliness.

How to use:
